Setup is quoted upfront based on what your business actually needs — typically R5,000 to R50,000+. Monthly support starts at R399.
No subscription buys you the build itself. Setup is its own conversation — you tell us what you run via our guided intake, we quote within 24 hours, you decide. Once your build is live, monthly support keeps it running and growing — and you choose how hands-on you want to be.

- Adding a second property or brand — quoted as additional setup, then folded into your monthly.
- Custom integrations beyond what's in your build (new POS, new booking system migration, custom API work) — quoted per case.
- Paid ad spend — we can manage the campaigns within your hours, but the ad budget itself is yours.
- Domain registration costs — typically R150-R200/year, paid through to the registrar.
Honest pricing means honest about what's outside scope.

Can I switch tiers later?
Yes, anytime. Most operators land on Hybrid, scale up to Fully Managed during busy seasons, scale back during quieter ones. No fees, no contracts.
What happens if I don't use all my hours in a month?
Hours roll over for one month — so a quiet October's hours can fund a busier November. They don't accumulate beyond that. If you're consistently under, drop a tier. If you're consistently over, move up.
Cancel anytime?
Cancel anytime. Your site stays yours — we'll hand over the codebase and credentials cleanly. No platform lock-in, no held-hostage data.
What about the once-off setup cost — can I pay over time?
Yes, we'll discuss payment terms in the quote. Typical splits are 50% to start, 50% on launch. For larger builds, we can structure milestones.
